Information on this site

We write the information here to be helpful and keep it up to date, but it is general guidance, not advice for your particular property. Prices, grants and rules change, so please check the details with us before you rely on them.

Quotes and work

Prices on this site are guides only. We confirm the price and what is included in a written quote after we have seen the job. Any work we carry out is covered by the terms in that quote, not by these website terms.
