- To reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit and give you a quote. This is a step you have asked us to take before any agreement, or is in our legitimate interest in answering you.
- To carry out and support any work you book with us.
- To keep simple records we are required to keep, such as for tax.
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing unless you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
- Any specialist we bring in to help with your job, only as much as they need to do it.
- The services that run this website and our enquiry form (for example our web host and form provider), which handle your details on our behalf.

How long we keep it
If you do not go ahead with any work, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If we do work for you, we keep the records we need for as long as the law requires (usually six years for tax and guarantees).
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month.
